Responsibilities:


• Prepare construction documents – change orders, work order revisions
• Prepare tender documents and contract documents
• Prepare electronic drawings using AUTOCAD for presentations, construction sets, analysis reports
• Measure, draw and identify deficiencies
• Attend design meetings with Architects and Engineers
• Identify budget requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience – Architectural Drafting
• Proficient with AUTOCAD 2012
• Comfortable reading Architectural Blueprints
• Knowledge of roofing systems and design
