Title: Cloud Implementation Consultant
Location: Montreal, QC
Duration: 12 months Contract
Job Description:
Areas of Responsibility:
• You will architect and engineer a solution to automate technical operation tasks in our cloud environment
• You will work with Systems and Development teams on designs and performance optimization
• You will write documentation, including data standards, procedures, and data dictionary definitions
What you need to succeed:
• Working towards a Bachelors or Master’s degree on Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with cloud providers like Amazon Web Services, VMware vrealize and OpenStack
• Understanding of networking concepts, NSX and Internet protocols
• Understanding of security constraints when operating in a cloud environment
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear, concise and easy to understand manner is essential, as the candidate will participate in technical and customer reviews and must communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team player
• Great sense of humor
• Looking for someone who has a strong VMware infrastructure experience (vSphere, vRealize Automation, NSX), plus some scripting/programming skills (Javascript, REST APIs).
