▪ 接打电话,收发文件信件
▪ 整理、保管文件
▪ 设计、制作宣传资料
▪ 准备会议文件
▪ 处理MLS系统信息,等等

Join our growing Company! We are looking for Team Member that are highly motivated friendly, easy going, fast learner, multi-tasker, has good work ethics.
Requirements:
☑ Can Listen, Speak, Read & Type English and Mandarin.
☑ Knowledge of Microsoft software and Internet
☑ Good Phone Etiquette
☑ Knowledge of the basic office duties, such as faxing, mailing, filing, coping, etc.
☑ Excellent communication skills
☑ Responsive to time-sensitive deadlines’
Responsibilities includes, but not restrain to:
▪ Basic office duties (i.e. Faxing, Photocopying, Filing, Mailing Etc.)
▪ Handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, booking/confirming showings
▪ Add/Edit listings on MLS system
▪ Design feature sheets
▪ Sending Mails/Letters to clients, posting advertisements on various web portals, prepare meeting materials, etc.
▪ We will provide training. Hours are flexible (can be negotiated after hired).
The office environment is pretty lay-back, easy going, has its high and low times. Parking available and TTC Subway and Buses accessible. Support will be provided whenever you need.
