本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛I have a couple 3-4 month contracts (with chance of extension), but I understand that if you are working full time currently you would not want to jump to a contract that is not guaranteed long term.

client is looking for:
- Intermediate to expert level of JSP development
- sql experience on an enterprise system.
- experienced with weblogic(preferred)
- experienced with (open market/fatwire) a web based content management system (optional/nice to have)
- experienced with Unix, ideally sun/solaris (nice to have)

Soft skills:
- speed and accuracy is critical.
- ability to learn quickly
- good communicator
- able to show initiative, manage time and work with little direction.
- able to flush out unclear business requirements.

There is a good chance of extension based on performance/fit, etc....and the review the right to opt out if the candidate proves not to fit within the environment or for poor performance (standard) at any time - general 2 week notice clause.

They have a large development & ecommerce group and have several major projects on the go.
