Senior PA (AS400 based Banking systems)

Our client is the premier long distance carrier, ISP and IT consulting firm on the Island of Bermuda.
This job is for a client. The client is using a product called 'Horizon' banking systems from a company called Fidelity Information Services from the USA.

Can be perm at $80-100k (1 Bermuda $ = 1 USD)
Or can be 6-12 month contract to perm later

Must have senior level development, programming and analysis skills
Must have 5 yrs banking systems experience
Must know AS400, DB/400 (DB2 for 400), RPG3
Must have great English skills
Must be ready and willing to move to Bermuda (expenses and immigration paid by client)
Must be a Canadian, American or British citizen.

Nice to have;
Other tech skills like DBA, SA, BA or business / process analysis, design, modeling etc.
Good knowledge of full service banking, personal and commercial, loans, mortgages, LOC's, Investments, GIC's etc.
