A Management position that will act as the liaison between US based project teams and project teams in our Global Development Center in China.

*Assisting in identifying and selling offshore projects.
*Leading technical teams.
*Act as primary contact to client service teams and be the conduit of information and project control back to the Global Development Center in China.

Requirements:

*Minimum 5 years in a technology delivery role with management responsibility.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills.
*Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
*Diverse technical skills.
*Ability to travel in the US and to China.
*Experience in Oracle, PeopleSoft, Siebel and/or SAP.
