By taking an aggressive leadership role with the Service Community to develop Service Oriented solutions. Where necessary, and in the absence of an existing Solutions, innovating and as appropriate, designing complete functional and detailed code specifications and implementing it. And, ensuring a consistent approach to the delivery of these Solutions through Customer & Partner Engagement.

Experience and Knowledge Requirements

Proficient of Java Programming, web application development and Web Services application development
In depth knowledge of J2EE and Web Services(SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, BEPL ...) and UML and specification modelling
Should have a good working knowledge of .NET and Java
Skilled with IDE development tools such as WebSphere Application Developer and JBuilder
Famillar with software engineering process and tools such as Rational Rose
Working knowledge of application server such as webSphere Application Server and WebLogic
Knowledge and experience of Grid Service/OGSA is a plus
Years experience in working on solution projects, designing functional specifications
A proven track record of delivering end to end solutions
J2EE, JAVA, MSQ, WebSphere, Security protocols (PKU, SSL, WSI) Win 32, COM / COM+, VC++, VB, ASP, MSMQ, C#, JAVA, DCOM, API+
Coding to WAS and WBI, coding and tuning with DB2, SQL
Better to be with recognized technical expertise of High Availability Systems, Load Balancing and Clustering
Good communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English
Good team player
