Education and Experience:

- Enthusiasm, excitement, and genuine interest in UNIX/RealTime OS and Developer Tools technologies.
- Bachelors or Masters in E.Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical degree or diploma program.
- A minimum of 5 years of software development experience with C, C++, and Java in a UNIX-based development environment.
- Experience and knowledge with a variety of operating environments, namely QNX Neutrino, Windows (Cygwin and native), Solaris and/or Linux is required.
- Experience with at least one variety of processor architectures including PPC, MIPS, ARM, XScale, and SH is a requirement.
- Active participant in open source projects and familiarity with the general operating principles, and communication mechanisms, of open source communities.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment are required.
- Knowledge of differing tools and development environments are an asset.
