Duties and Responsibilities
· Participate in the design and implementation of software components as well as business solutions
· Write functional and design specifications and design documents
· Perform coding and unit test
· Analyze scalability and performance characteristics of software.
· Communicate with quality assurance personnel to ensure software quality
· Assist other members of the team in their designs, implementations and reviews.
Job Requirements
· Very strong Java programming experience
· Strong understanding of client and server component development in a J2EE environment
· Strong understanding of development of highly scalable internet-based business applications
· Strong experience with Windows and UNIX development environments
· Strong experience with OO programming, RDBMS and XML related technology
· Specific experience with XSLT, SOAP, JDBC
· Good communication and inter-personal skills
· Good teamwork spirit
· Knowledge in B2B, supply chain management and other enterprise software is a plus
