Looking for a Senior and Junior Java developer

Here are the senior position requirment:

Senior Java Developer (Location: Toronto, Canada)
This role will be responsible for designing Java components and applications, developing and debugging code. It will involve proposals of alternative design approaches to complex technical issues and time estimates on completion of tasks, and delivery to schedules.
Duties Include:
· Design and development experience in Java, Servlets, JSP, ASP, JavaDoc, HTML/DHTML · Proven experience with browser technology and web development · Experience with XML parsing, threads, persistence, serialization is an asset · Experience with JavaMail, JavaBeans, J2SE 1.3 or 1.4 optimization is also preferred · Experience with applicable software design and development practices, programming languages and techniques, operating platforms, structured systems analysis and object oriented methods · Providing effective analysis and design input to the project/product · Sharing technical knowledge among product/project team · In addition the following skills would be considered an asset: OOA and OOD skills, Knowledge of SQL and Distributed Object skills (COM/DCOM), RMI, Reflection, Java WebStart
Knowledge, Education and Experience:
· Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field · 5+ years of related experience
Skills and Attributes:
