FoxPro Developer/Support

Requirement:
We have an immediate requirement for a FoxPro Developer/Support person in our Solutions Delivery practice. You have extensive experience in a government or non-profit organization in the following areas:
* Applying investigative skills to business, technical or organizational problems with a view to determining if and how informatics might be used to provide solutions.
* Carrying out investigatory, feasibility and analytical studies to produce detailed specs.
* Able to design, develop and maintain FoxPro applications.
You need to have:
o Minimum 5 years experience working in a Government or non-profit organization
o Minimum 2 years experience in developing or modifying systems modifying software systems
o Experience in providing services in a help desk environment and communicating technical information with a non-technical audience
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Experience working with customers in a formal consulting capacity
o Extensive experience in programming in Visual Basis, Microsoft Access; FoxPro and FoxFire
o Extensive experience in Window OS, and Win Registry applications
o An undergraduate degree from a recognized university in computer science
o Must be bilingual
Must be eligible to hold a Government of Canada Security Clearance to at least the Secret level.
