本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛Requires a Senior Programmer/Analyst to be involved in the development, support and maintenance of Web based and client/server applications. He/she interacts on an ongoing basis with clients to gather business requirements as they relate to new development projects or system enhancements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of projects. This will involve gathering of Business Requirements, as was well as, coding, testing and support.


Understanding of Object Oriented design principles
Minimum of five years experience with Win32 programming
Minimum of three years experience with VB 6.0 (COM/DCOM/COM+ Programming)
Mimimum of three years experience Web programming using ASP

Minimum of three years experience developing GUI applications
Minimum of three years experience in OO analysis and design.
Minimum of two years experience designing and developing
C++ applications
Minimum 2 years experience with database design and development using Access and SQL Server ( SPs, Views)
Experience in developing applications using the Microsoft Visual Studio suite of application development tools Visual Basic 6.0 and Visual InterDev 6.0
Experience in developing web-based applications using the .NET framework including use of Visual Studio.NET suite of tools ( Visual Basic in the .NET Visual Studio suite)

Experience developing and programming with XML and SOAP
Experience developing and programming using ODBC, ADO, OLE DB Data Base connectivity
Experience developing reports using Crystals Reports (minimum 3 years)
Experience with version control software (VSS)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Adaptable, flexible thinker, fast learner, team player
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to multi-task assignments
Team player
