我们team又要招人了，weblogic Administrator，Solaris 平台。要求最好有系统管理和on-call的经验，英语流利（不能跟我比，我英语虽然不太好，但是3年前就混进去了）

其他要求：
- Minimum 5 years work experience with J2EE architecture
- Knowledge of BEA Weblogic, BEA Tuxedo, BEA Jolt, MQ Series, Message Broker and Sun Identity a valuable asset
- In-depth working knowledge of Unix
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- ability to find creative solutions to end-users' problems
- Takes initiative, self-directed, and able to adapt readily to fast paced change
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - in both technical and non-technical environments
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and negotiate deliverables and timelines for incident resolutions
- Focussed on providing high systems availability which leads to customer satisfaction
- Strong inter-personal skills and a team player
- Uses communication approaches that are effective and appropriate
- Capability to learn new skills and technologies quickly
- Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities simultaneously
