Senior Software Engineer/Developer
Location: Rm. 3301, Buld. 3, No. 498, Guoshoujing Rd., Pudong Software Park, Shanghai, PRC
Minimum requirements include:
1. BS degree in CS/EE from top universities, MS or above preferred;
2. 1+ year commercial software development experiences is a big plus;
3. Strong communication skill, must be comfortable with English at work;
4. Strong background in Java or C++ programming;
5. Familiar with Windows and Linux platforms.
Requirements for the Senior level:
You must have at least 3 years commercial development experiences and has significant background in two of the following areas:
- User interface (GUI) design and implementation (JAVA)
- Database applications (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase)

- Server development on Linux (C++,Java)
- Software testing tools and methodologies
Team Lead/ QA Manager

Qualifications:

2. 3 years commercial software development (coding) experience in industry or in an accredited research institution;
3. 2 years management experience leading a development team or leading a project;
4. Understand software development and testing process;
5. Outstanding communication and inter-personal skill, strong English skill;
6. Strong academic background in computer science, strong analytic and problem solving skill, ability to provide leadership technically;
7. Preference will be given to someone with prior RDBMS development background.
