You will: develop procedures; help monitor compliance of vehicle emission system testing/repair activities and/or initiate, co-ordinate outreach activities within alternative service delivery framework; help with issues-management, partner relations/outreach, communications with drive clean facilities, other stakeholders. One unilingual, one bilingual position.
