Responsibilities:
Perform support activities to Customers in a first-line capacity:
 Provide first level support and trouble-shooting, recording and tracking all customer calls, requests and incidents, following-up on customer concerns
 You will be responsible for answering all customer e-mails, resolving order issues.
 Identify and log product defects and enhancement requests
Requirements:
 The successful candidate will be a team player
 Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
 Strong problem solving skills to diagnose and logically resolve customer issues and concerns
 Ability to organize and prioritize workload
 Strong understanding of computers using Windows based operating systems and software applications.
 Strong e-mail, word processing, and WEB Browser (IE, Firefox) skills
 Ability to adapt to change
Nice to have:
 Knowledge of Mobile Communication is an asset
 Previous customer support experience
On site training facility
