Technical Engineer(Beijing)

Working Location: Beijing

Job Description:

Successful candidate will work in the Service Technical & Warranty team at offices in Beijing

Provide technical support and advice to the service network in PR China to enable workshops to serve customers efficiently

Prepare technical reports and liaise with the manufacturer

Provide field support

Job Requirements:

Engineering background or completion of recognized automotive technician apprenticeship with practical experience and automotive product knowledge

Knowledge in workshop operation and repair procedures

Could travel when needed / required

Good Chinese and English ( written and spoken ) language skills

Computer operation, information systems

Willingness to acquire technical product knowledge
