• Minimum 5 years experience in requirements definition, systems analysis or solution design
• Previous experience with high volume e-commerce transaction sites a must
• Experience with Rational Requisite Pro and with Mercury TestDirector
• Must demonstrate through past experience the ability to turn abstract concepts and high-level business needs into usable product features and application UI/workflow
• Have strong interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented individual able to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently within a team environment
