Responsible for third level operational support of FCI Broadband’s IP and Ethernet infrastructure.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of service provider operations experience
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
Excellent Knowledge of the IP protocol
Routing: BGP, OSPF
Protocols: ICMP, PPPoX, TCP, UDP, etc.
Vendor OS: Cisco IOS
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies
Experience with ATM and SONET an asset
Knowledge of UNIX is an asset
Flexible hours of operation
Strong writing, customer service, and communications skills
Individual must have teamwork, leadership, negotiating, and learning skills

Reports to: Director, Network Operations
