· Managing Oracle (8i and 9i) & SQL Server (6.5 and 2000) on UNIX (Tru64 Unix and AIX) and NT/2000 environment in a wide range of applications such as EDI, Decision Support, Payroll, Sales Force Automation, Call Center and Imaging
· Perform maintenance of Unix systems (upgrade, applying patch, backup & disaster recovery, tuning, schedule jobs, monitoring, change management, client management, capacity planning, etc)
· Managing HP Alpha Servers, SAN storage and IBM pSeries. Including TruCluster and HACMP.
· Managing Database backups and Unix system backups.
· Managing stable SAP systems for auditing purpose
· Maintaining scripts for automated back-ups, system monitoring, and other business requirements as necessary
· Design and implement department level database applications
· Performance tuning of Databases and Unix systems.
· Collaborate with Continent America Data Center in resolution of the technical issues of Database, Unix, Middleware and local SAP components
· Provide technical recommendation, support to Database related e-Business development

Qualifications

· B.Sc. in computer science or related majors like mathematics or demonstrated experience
· Two years of demonstrated hands-on exposure of managing Oracle and SQL databases
· Solid understanding of Oracle and SQL Database and Data interface in UNIX and/or NT environment
· Oracle Database Replication and tuning experience
· Knowledge of current trends and alternative technologies
· Design Web based database interface a definite asset

      -计算机/数学 或者相关专业
      -2年oracle/sql server的管理经验
      -在UNIX/nt环境下玩过ORACLE和sql SERVER
      --练过Oracle Database Replication， 知道如何 tuning
      --不断学习的态度
      --设计过WEB程序, 当然是访问ORACLE和SQL SERVER了
