Junior/intermediate Java/Web developers and A Graphic Artist positon

Here is the requirement:
2 new junior/intermediate Java/Web developers/consultants - must have university degree in Computer Science, Software/Electrical Engineering (high preference to Canadian University) - very strong communication skills - must have ability and desire to be able to work at a client site (a car may likely be required). Java skills a must

A new Graphic Artist - this person will be responsible for navigation and screen prototyping, helping with presentations - PowerPoint, helping with proposals - providing a visual aspect to the system we are trying to design, maintaining the company website, building marketing material layouts and designs (content to be provided), application prototyping and development, and most importantly: providing JSP development support for look and feel, usability and templating on all applications we build. This person must be formally trained in graphic arts, and must have excellent tool experience with illustrator, Photoshop, Quark, and other industry leading graphic design tools.

Please supply the resume with a note on what is your attitude, work-ethic, personality etc. Also you salary expectations and you approximate current salary (proof of current salary may be asked for in the interview). And you possible starting-dates.

Our company is a small IT company which will not pay a very high salary. It may not meet experienced IT people's salary expectations. But it is good start for new graduates or less experienced people.
