* Provides technical solutions and information clients regarding Company’s software.
* Investigates and trouble-shoots issues ranging from simple to very complex for Company’s customers and partners.
* Gives customer support via phone and written communication.

* Works closely with engineering, product management, sales, account management, consulting, and education to address customer issues

* Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English
* Must have some software product support experience
* Fluency in languages other than English a plus
* Excellent problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
* Enjoys customer interaction, interested in business solutions
* Familiarity with coding is strongly recommended but not required
* Knowledge of complex networks, network security, servers, load balancers
* Experience with relational databases (SQL*Server preferred)
* Web applications and application server experience highly desirable
* Duties to include data entry, dealing with queries from members & agents, maintaining stocks of office supplies.
* Must be flexible/adaptable. Adherence to deadlines, a good manner, high accuracy and able to work under pressure.
* you will be involved in: typing, emails, filing, post, phone calls, messages, etc
* Helping to produce the catalogues - collating and typing copy, proof-reading and checking, sourcing marketing materials
* Helping with events, exhibitions, etc
* Operating system skills (Win2K/NT/Unix)
