Project objective:
Create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the full IT life cycle from assessment to development, implementation and support.
Functional tasks include:
Creating and implementing KPI's for the following categories, measuring:
1. high level success rate
2. project benefits
3. volume for defects during testing phase
4. application support time
5. how well are RUP's implemented
6. in addition to this develop and implement any other sub-metrics required to support the overall objective
Responsibilities:
-- Clearly defining KPI's
-- Researching, assessing and understanding the process to support the KPI's;
-- Creating and implementing measurements, report cards, and any other means of validating KPI's;
-- Implementing training on usage of the KPI's.
