POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director IT, the candidate will administer the day to day technical work of the IT Department. The candidate will provide technical support to company end-users by answering questions, rectifying problems, responding to requests and providing reports on a regular basis, ensuring high level of service to these internal customers.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess diploma or degree in Computer Engineering or related program.
Computer experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains), Crystal reports and Blackberry Enterprise Server is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess strong time management, high level of organization, ability to work with minimal supervision and interpersonal skills. The candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and possess a positive attitude along with a professional and accommodating manner.
