Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a technical support role
· Self motivated, strong initiative, integrity, teamwork
· Customer service oriented
· Strong technical troubleshooting abilities,
· Excellent communication skills are essential,
· Experience with:
o Microsoft Windows XP / Windows 7 troubleshooting
o Microsoft Office 2003/2010 troubleshooting
o Windows Active Directory administration
o PC Hardware and peripherals troubleshooting / repair
o TCP/IP basic networking troubleshooting
· Industry designations ( A+, Network +) would be considered an asset
