Intermediate to Senior level and must have very good written and oral communication skills.
Most important is Strong knowledge and experience with Oracle SQL and Java technology: then UNIX Shell scripting and finally atleast 2 year experience developing in a Unix Environment (preferably Solaris); Experiences should include development and support! Thus they must be disciplined in development methodology and software development technologies and concepts; Troubleshooting and problem solving skills!
Also Good working knowledge in object oriented programming; Knowledge and experience with C, C++ will be an asset; Familiarity with Web technology (like HTML, JSP, and Struts) and CORBA technology will be an asset; Good Analytical skills; Some familiarity with Network, Lan and TCP/IP concepts, security and communication protocol;Must be flexible to adapt to a dynamic environment.
