· Achieve personal and departmental service goals as the first point of contact for customers experiencing service issues
· Contribute and assist with all software development life cycle phases: translation of business requirements into design documents, development, unit and integration testing
· Provide technical recommendations and solutions aligned with business objectives
· Provide team with technical expertise and offer advice and solutions to technical queries
· Ensure quality of deliverables through compliance with specification definition, code standard reviews, and design walkthroughs

Powerbuilder Developer must have:
· 5+ years of experience in Object Oriented programing using Sybase PowerBuilder 10+, PowerBuilder 11 an asset
· Experience using OLE and XML in PowerBuilder
· Proven abilities in managing interaction between PowerBuilder and Databases, including transaction management, invocation of stored procedures, using of dynamic SQL, etc.
· Strong database knowledge and profound MS SQL Server 2005 programming skill mandatory
· Able to provide production support, building modules and tools to automate tasks
· Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently and effectively
· Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written
Nice to have:
· Experience of Oracle Databases
· Experience of SOAP/Web Service
