Mobile Applications Programmer – PHP/MySQL (Permanent position, Toronto) Our client is a mobile application development firm based in Toronto (they develop across all platforms, iPhone, BB, android devices). They help businesses transform their thoughts from "How can we get more customers" to "How can we better our customers' lives?" Answering the latter question provides long-term benefits and greater customer loyalty. Ultimately, it leads to more customers. And that’s why our client is currently seeking an intermediate level PHP/MySQL Programmer to join their team. Specifically, they’re requirement is for an individual with server side programming expertise. Key Requirements:
- Minimum two years experience (unless you have an awesome skills set despite your years of experience!)- Must be a self starter and enjoy learning new things
- Solid experience with PHP and MySQL
- Experience with MVC architecture and several server side frameworks (CakePHP is an asset)
- Solid understanding of object-oriented practices
