Key Role:
Provide business systems analysis expertise for information systems implementation and maintenance. Participate in JAD sessions with the client to develop use cases and functional specifications. Document and review system requirements, functional design specifications and requirements traceability matrices and obtain client sign-off for all deliverables.
Provide quality assurance support for the development, implementation, and maintenance of information systems for clients. Assist with the enforcement of project deadlines.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience as a system analyst or business analyst
-In depth knowledge of the software development life cycle
-In depth knowledge of Web-based applications, banking applications.
-BS degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with the techniques used to gather and document business requirements, including UML diagrams or use cases
-Experience with business process analysis and process improvement
-Experience with the creation of use cases and system interface specifications
-Ability to facilitate meetings efficiently and effectively
-Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients at client sites
-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast paced environment
-Possession of excellent organizational, presentation, and business analysis skills
-Possession of excellent leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills
