8+ years of experience
Strong Analytical Skills
Meticulous
Can produce high quality test cases in a short time (2 weeks per functional spec)
Experience in testing Web Applications
Payroll knowledge a plus
Participate in walkthrough's to understand requirements
Create and document test cases to ensure the quality of releases or distributions.
Conduct walkthroughs of test plans with, Development and Business Analyst, to ensure the test plans have captured the original Business Requirements.
Execute test cases and verify results to expected outcomes.
Provide input into integration, implementation, communication and deployment content and strategies.
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to create clear and concise documentation from complex materials
Proven ability to place the appropriate sense of urgency on requests or escalations
