PURPOSE / ACCOUNTABILITY
This position reports directly into the Payroll & Benefits Manager, and is responsible for the accurate and timely production of assigned Canadian payrolls using Ceridian’s HR/Payroll Latitude (HPL) software, while maintaining a business partnership with all customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of weekly and bi-weekly payrolls Administration of all group benefits and retirement plans Preparation of all payroll related payments, such as retirement plans payments Reconciliation of Government remittances Preparation of Annual T4’s, along with the necessary annual returns and year end requirements General Ledger entries and other queries Assisting with budgets, audits and Government queries Other special projects as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
PCP, or higher, from the Canadian Payroll Association Minimum of three years’ experience with processing Canadian payrolls Experience with the administration of group benefit plans Ability to work well under pressure and be able to meet strict deadlines Excellent communication, customer service & problem solving skills Knowledge of Ceridian’s HR/Payroll Latitude Experience with a union environment更多精彩文章及讨论,请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
