Title: Software Developer III - Java
We are looking for a Sr Solutions Developer with solid Java experience. These individuals will be working with the Fixed Income Development team responsible to support, develop and implement various Fixed Income Trading applications. These developers will be mostly focused on development using Java,J2EE, Struts, JSP/Javascript, MQ/JMS.
MUST have:
- Java,J2EE Struts, MQ/JMS
- strong query and database skills using Sybase
- Unix and Windows OS
Nice to have:
- Dodd Frank / Capital market experience
- C++, spring frameworks
- AJAX, Websphere
- IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD)
Soft skills:
- strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication
- able to work independently as well as a contributing member of the team
- takes initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively to carry projects from beginning to end
- ability to multi-task competing priorities in time critical environment adhering to project task timelines
