Reporting to the Director of Integration Services, the DBA / Integration Engineer provides hands-
on development to complete projects and ensure consistent quality of our applications. You will be
working with data integrations, building and interfacing with internal and third party API’s and systems.
Skills & Requirements
The successful candidate will:
• Poses masterful SQL Server skills. You may be coming from an Analytics or Big Data background
• Good knowledge of and experience within the .Net Framework.
• Some experience working with .NET MVC3 or higher
• Experience with SOA including REST, WCF or SOAP services. Exposure to Web API considered an
asset.
• Experience with Student Information Systems like PowerSchool is a huge plus!
• Experience integrating JavaScript/jQuery/Ajax.
• Experience with SQL Server stored procedures, views and general SQL query syntax.
Other Skills:
• A background working in K-12 Education in an IT, Data or Analytics capacity would be helpful
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving and time estimation skills
• Friendly with a good sense of humor. We like to have fun!
