Responsibilities:
Assisting customers in all inquiries related to spare parts sales including, identifying required part numbers, alternative components, available accessories, inventory availability and lead times.
Utilize the system information to assist our customers in identifying part number related inquiries that are not available to them through their Husky Web account or customer product documentation.
Effectively manage quotes and sales orders by working with our Inventory, Purchasing and Engineering teams to provide our customers with up to date accurate information.
Work closely with regional Sales and Service teams to ensure prompt, accurate service for all internal and external customer requests.
Maintain up to date knowledge of Husky Machine and Mold technology
Approximately seven hours on the phones per day
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
Solid technical and mechanical aptitude
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with customers
Must be available to work some rotational shifts as well as support on weekends and after hours
Proficient in Baan LN and/or Baan 4
Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
Post Secondary Education (College Diploma or University Degree) preferred or 3-5 years of relevant experience
Previous Customer Support experience
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
