I also attended the interview.I guess this call center is to provide route guide info to Taxi drivers.
So you have to take the responsibilty for the info. They requires a good command of English, seemes they don't want you get training there.
BTW, during my test, there's a word: cul-de-sec , I didn't know this word, so I asked them, then I was turned down. Later on I got the meaning from the dictionary, it means: Dead end.
