面试的时候不要太紧张。 试用的时候不懂要问。新招的网络工程师和机械工程师（一个罗马尼亚人，一个法国人）英文烂的可以，所以要学会交流。

这2个罗马尼亚人和法国人从来不介意别人耐不耐烦，总是不把自己的想法说清不罢休。 看到来公司面试的80%都是中国人， 但最后要的都不是中国人。 问了问招人的人，自己瞎总结了以上几点。
