我发现我post的contract-position都没什么人回。奇怪啊。我找工可是Contract-only.-Perm-go-hell啊。做40/hr的con比90k的perm还多钱呢。还是全体C developer都改行做C#了？！

有时有中Recommend a friend for UnixAdmin, Result: no interest on interview. TMD, part-time的pos还这么鸟。
Find the best one from all C resumes and sent. Result: no interest on interview for the Resume is not strong.
This position is closed for I think I should stay the one-pos-one-resume policy.

hehe, why not you refer best 2 or 3 person for one position to the employer, let him/her to make decision. Sometimes, they may have different opinion from yours.
