想知道大家觉得一般在一家公司里干多久跳槽比较合适。俺在这家公司干了半年多了，现在有几个面试机会，不知道该不该去呢。面试还得请假，大家一般会安排在什么时间呢。

The answer is NO Unless the new position is much better. I mean much better is >10KTry not to hop too frequently. It does not look good in your resume and you cannot get good reference. Some manager will see this as a signal of lack of credibility.
