请教可信否？接到美国中介（印度口音）电话介绍大公司contract职位，由于不能申请TN，须申请H1B，中介让我自出50%cost，中介出50%，不懂？不是有雇主提供的吗？下面是中介的：
If you are a citizen of Canada, we can do TN visa.
If not we are willing to do H1 if you are willing to pay 50% of cost of processing.

yes, I too, the guy then told me I have to apply visa before any interview. anyone had the similiar experience? I will continue contact with him to make sure what he want, how he do.
