冰箱内部循环通风不畅，或者外部密封不严，都有可能造成冷凝水。

Check this out.if your fridge is a froest free 冰箱,?
Check the following.
forest free fridge, will deforst automatically from time to time. water produced when doing deforst, water flows down thought a tube at the back of the fridge to a tray, thr tray is located at the bottom of the fridge. if the tube is obstructed, the tray will be dry, and all water will stay inside the fridge.... so. "check the tube" if tube is obstructed, use a steel wire clean it , make sure water can flow freely to the tray.
