what is journeyman? a journeyman electrician is a man or woman on journey to become an electrician? After exams, they work in electrical companys with no pay, to earn credits to become an electrician. That is my understanding.

[ZT] An apprentice is a beginner or trainee who works under direct supervision of a master electrician. A journeyman is trained and experienced and can work on his own under the general guidance of a master.

科普一下，生活补助 Living Out Allowrance 是工资以外的收入，并不计入交税收入中，是用于吸引外地工人的，用于支付酒店餐饮等费用。我见过最高的给$250/天，拿过最高的$210/天。一般不会太久，2-3个月，当雇主不需要怎么多人时会取消。
